These Terms of Purchase govern the sale of digital products by The Marriage Recovery, operated by Indomitable Lion LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms in full.
The Marriage Recovery Bundle is a digital product delivered as downloadable PDF files. Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to download your files directly to your device. No physical product will be shipped.
Due to the instant digital delivery of this product, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase has been completed and the files have been made available for download.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to this no-refund policy. If you have questions about the product before purchasing, please review the product description carefully or contact us prior to completing your order.
Your purchase grants you a single-user, non-transferable, personal license to use the Marriage Recovery Bundle for your own private, non-commercial use. You may download and read the files on your personal devices.
You may not:

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card information. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service, available at stripe.com/legal.
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute after downloading our digital product, without first contacting us to attempt resolution, may be considered fraudulent. We reserve the right to contest chargebacks with evidence of purchase and download, and to pursue recovery of disputed amounts where permitted by law.
